Body Waxing & Facials: Cancelation Policy

All Body Waxing & Facial clients have a 48hr rescheduling window PRIOR to appointment date or forfeit any and all deposits. (Payments are NON-Refundable)

PMU: Cancelation Policy

Clients have a 3 day rescheduling window when service is paid in FULL. Clients who have made a 50% DEPOSIT will have 2 days to contact us to reschedule. Clients who have made $100 deposit and are late or no-shows will FORFIT their deposit and must rebook.

ALL APPOINTMENTS require 24-48hrs prior to appointment to reschedule/cancel (Payments are non-refundable).

ALL No-Show appointments must rebook entirely.

If you fail to contact us to cancel/reschedule ANY SERVICE you FORFEIT your PAYMENT and must rebook entirely.
